Goals Not Dreams offers a handful of different services that cater to your need ands aim to maximize your potential!
1 on 1 Personal Training
With 1 on 1 Personal Training, you will receive a customized program based off of your goals, health history, lifestyle, and potential previous injuries. Your trainer will teach main lifts, mobility movements, and accessories to help you reach your goals.
Online Programming
Clients who choose to utilize online programming will have access to their workouts via True Coach, an app which allows them to upload videos, watch tutorials, as well as message their trainer directly. Assessments of the videos and feedback will be done weekly, but clients will have access to their trainers all throughout the week.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Training includes working out with a partner or a small group of others at a time. The trainer in this group will create a workout that can still be individualized for each person while making sure that everyone is performing safely and correctly.
Nutrition Coaching
Anyone who works with a GND trainer will have access to nutrition coaching, which will be given based on goals, needs, and lifestyle. This would be entered into True Coach, with check-in at the end of each week.
