Hyrox Strength
This class is about raw strength — the kind that makes every sled push, wall ball, and sandbag carry feel a little easier. You’ll lift heavy, move with control, and focus on form under fatigue. Think less reps, more load, and smart programming that builds power without wrecking your joints.

This class built to help you get stronger, move better, and train with purpose. This class blends traditional strength training with mobility work, core control, and dynamic movement patterns to give you full-body results that actually translate to real life.
You’ll focus on progressive barbell lifts, functional accessory work, and controlled conditioning circuits — all designed to improve power, balance, joint health, and long-term performance.
Whether you’re new to strength training or coming from a CrossFit, HYROX, or athletic background, this class meets you where you’re at — and helps you level up.

Everyday Strong
Everyday Strong is a focused, barbell-based strength class designed to help you build real muscle, improve technique, and get consistently stronger week after week. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or ready to sharpen your form, this class teaches you how to train with intention using classic compound lifts, like squats, deadlifts and overhead presses.
